Our Energy Modelling Team are professional engineers / designers who are familiar with an integrated design process and trained to use specialized software to simulate the energy use of a proposed building based on design drawings and specifications. We compare a proposed building to a defined baseline building (typically baselined to the Building Code or the Model National Building Code) to estimate the energy savings that a proposed building is expected to achieve.
